The four bedroom home on the dress circle Rosemount Avenue had $2.6 million hopes.

it last traded for $331,500 in 1992.

The home has been extended several times over the years, including adding a separate games room and adding a versatile loft retreat.

The home was described as a fluid melding of heritage style and contemporary appeal by Harris Tripp agent Jay King.
