Bulldogs' star Kieran Foran buys Central Coast weekender
Sidelined Bulldog NRL champion Kieran Foran has bought a Central Coast weekender investment with his fiancee Karina Ormsby.
It is a newly built $775,000 townhouse in Terrigal.
They have bought into a newly completed project of just 13 residences which were launched back in 2014.
The four bedroom townhouse is in the Somerset complex some 2 kilometres inland from the beach.
The five eighth, who has been out of the NRL season after toe surgery in June, recently proposed to Ormsby who posted a photo on her Instagram where she can be seen sporting a ring.
She has six kids from previous relationships and Foran has two with his ex, Rebecca Pope.
Ormsby, then a Central Coast fitness instructor and hairdresser, hit the headlines last year when she emerged as Foran's new love interest, after Foran split with his partner, Rebecca Pope.
Foran sold the family Freshwater home for $3,055,000 and spent $1.7 million on a St Ives home, with Ormsby taking an equal share.
The architect-designed St Ives home is set in a 1175 sqm bushland setting.
Showcasing open spaces and al fresco entertaining, the modern home has a National Park outlook with picturesque walking trails just nearby.
It is 30 kilometres from training at Belmore.
Foran is studying a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of New England.
Foran has indicated his determination to stay put at the NRL club, fix his body and prove that he can be one of the games leading players again.
Foran began his career at the Sea Eagles moving to Eels, then the Warriors, then the Dogs on a three-year deal reportedly worth $3 million.
He has only played 12 games so far at Canterbury.
The Terrigal project has townhouses ranging in size from 170 sqm internal space to 260 sqm space, along with rear garden space ranging between 20 sqm and 50 sqm.
The last townhouse was sold at $790,000 last month.
