This season's series of The Block is coming to the end, as the renovated apartments in St Kilda's Gatwick Hotel are listed for sale.

Each of the apartments are tipped to fetch over $2 million.

Melbourne locals and professional netball players Bianca and Carla are the bookies favourites, just ahead of South Australian husband and wife duo Kerrie and Spence.

The final will be aired live on September 22. Below are the renovated apartments from each contestant.

1/34 Fitzroy Street, St Kilda

Heated towel rails are a must for luxurious bathrooms.
 

Kerrie and Spence’s refined style have ensured this apartment has a “sophisticated and timeless interior.”

The couple from South Australia’s apartment features a guest room with reading nook and library, a bedroom with floor to ceiling bookshelves and a main bathroom with “striking black cabinetry,” according to the listing.

Hockingstuart Albert Park agents Stephanie Evans and Emily Adams are marketing the property.

At 250 square metres, the apartment is as big as a home.

The apartment is being marketed by Michael Townsend and Josh Stirling at McGrath St Kilda.
