Hampton trophy home passes in just under price guide

A Hampton trophy home was passed in at auction last weekend. 

The final bid for 20 Bridge Street was $3.1 million following a vendor bid of $3.05 million which was not enough for the owners.

There was only a single bidder among the 20 attendee's present.

Despite a later offer of $3.125 million the owners didn't budge, holding to their $3.2 to $3.3 million price guide for the three bedroom one bathroom home.

The home located in the Sandringham's Gypsy Village area close to cafe's, shopping and public transport.

The 499 sqm holding last sold for $1,212,500 in 200.
