The Block Elsternwick home designed Sticks and Wombat has been listed for sale, with a loss or maybe breakeven being tipped.

The five-bedroom, four-bathroom Elsternwick property is set to go under the hammer on September 16 with $2.65 to $2.75 million price guidance.

The 46B Regent Street last sold for $2.65 million, plus $145,000 stamp duty and other costs.

Larrikins, Mark “Sticks” Croker and Clint “Wombat” Price were fourth place getters last October on the televised auction taking home a profit of $130,000.

Built with an extensive use of reclaimed timber, the five bedroom home was initially marketed as coming with a 'James Bond' hidden wine cabinet and a private landscaped garden with heated Container pool.
