An award-winning residence (above) on the Brisbane River sold under the hammer for $3,050,000 at last weekend's auction.

Ray White New Farm principal Matt Lancashire said there were four registered bidders. 

The 105 Ryan Street, West End home was designed by Conrad Gargett Riddel,.

The striking family residence is a quick bike ride to the West End markets, South Bank, art galleries, parks and trendy cafes.
