Lleyton Hewitt will be interested when the undisclosed sale price emerges for a nearby Toorak home sold while currently under construction.

The mid-week sale was a Christopher Doyle-designed home with five bedrooms and four bathrooms across three floors.

The 723 square metre holding on completion will have five car spaces in the basement.

The home was sold through Marshall White.

The Davis Cup coach Lleyton Hewitt and wife Bec spent $12.7 million on a similar new build Georgian style residence on one of Toorak's finest boulevards in 2017.

Their new Georgian style residence was by Peter Johnston's Royale Constructions.
