One of Longueville's largest residential estates, Minembah remains listed for sale.

The trophy residence has 180° views across Woodford Bay to the city skyline from 1 Woodford Street.

It has a private elevated setting on a 2080 sqm parcel of land with landscaped gardens.

The five-bedroom home was designed by early Sydney architect E. Jeaffreson Jackson in 1887.  Minembah was altered in the 1930s when the brickwork was rendered and a classical entry portico added.

The house features a wide sandstone verandahs.

The house has a wide entry hall, formal sitting and dining rooms, study/library, huge family room, gourmet marble kitchen (with walk-in pantry), casual dining area, drinks bar/pantry, main bedroom (with dressing room and large ensuite)

It also has four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, powder room, laundry, basement cellar and under house storage.

Di Jones Real Estate listed it in late July.
