Sydney Swan star Luke Parker has secured an offer for his Maroubra investment townhouse.

It went under offer before its scheduled auction last weekend.

It was the first property Parker bought when he was a rookie at the Swans in 2013, the year he stepped up from the subs bench to a regular starter.

He paid $915,000 for the townhouse and has just finished a renovation before he listed through Belle Property Randwick agents Brooke Marshall and Lucas McKay.

The property has been an investment for Parker, who has developed a strong eastern suburbs portfolio.

He has another property in Maroubra and last year spent $2.6 million on a luxury home in Malabar which became an $1,800 a week rental.

Parker was picked up in the 2010 draft by Sydney after playing in Victoria for the Dandenong Stingrays.

He won the 2012 Premiership with the Swans and played in the two losing grand finals in 2014 and 2016, the same year he finished the runner up for the Bronlow Medal and was named in the All-Australian team for the first time.
