The 262A Sunrise Road, Doonan offering, just minutes from Noosa Beaches and Eumundi, was sold for $3,250,000 last month.
The last sale price for the holding was $920,000 was some five years ago.
The home was marketed as an "elegant yet contemporary living space."
The master bedroom, in the five bedroom two bathroom home, opens to a private terrace and landscaped water garden with goldfish swimming under mini waterfalls near a 20 metre infinity edge swimming pool.
A historic cottage is also located on the property set in its own private paddock.
