Pharmacy founders list luxury Balmoral, Brisbane home

Good Price Pharmacy co-founders Anthony Yap and wife Hanh My Luu have listed Wandana, their luxury Balmoral home. 

Wandana, translated to 'see far away' in reference to its postcard views of the Brisbane CBD, cost the couple $4,028,888 in 2014.

Set high on the Wentworth Parade hilltop, the architect-designed home was constructed using suspended concrete slab and portal steel.

It has six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a library, home office, two master suites, media room and a swimming pool beside one of the terraces.

A lift services the three levels, down to the below-ground five car garage, 300 bottle wine cellar and sauna.

The couple were just 23 when they founded Good Price Pharmacy in 2001.

They opened the first pharmacy using $50,000 in life savings. Now Good Price has over 40 stores in six states and an annual turnover in excess of $200 million.
