Toorak home on the pricey Lansell Road fetches around $5 million

A Sue Carr-designed home in Toorak sold at the weekend after it was passed in at its auction.

The 2017 built home at 52A Lansell Road had been listed with a $4,750,000 to $5,225,000 price guide.

It was reported to have fetched around $5 million after being passed in at $4.85 million.

Marshall White Stonnington agents Justin Long and Mark Harris sold the home.

It was the second attempt to sell the home.

It was listed last year with an asking price of $5.75 million by Jim and Grace Tirtha.
