Nicky Bronwless, the ex-wife of AFL legend Billy Brownless, has sold her Geelong home before its weekend auction.

Nicky, now in a relationship with former Footy Show host Garry Lyon, paid $1.55 million for the Geelong home in 2013.

Set in 450 sqm of landscaped gardens, the Mercer Parade home was designed by Geelong’s Studio 101 architect Peter Woollard.

It has an open plan kitchen, living and dining space with polished concrete flooring and a large open fireplace. Glazed walls frame a large water feature.

The master suite features an ensuite and crafted fitting dressing room, while the focal point of the home is the rear entertainers' courtyard.

It had a price guidance of $2 million to $2.2 million through Hodges Geelong agents Marcus Falconer and Carl Hammond.
