Sydney Swans star Luke Parker lists his first property

Sydney Swans star Luke Parker, who scored two goals in the mid-week defeat to Richmond, has listed the first property he bought, back when he was a 20 year old breaking into the side.

Parker will no doubt make a strong return on the Maroubra townhouse, having paid $915,000 in 2013, just as the property boom took off.

It has been an investment for Parker. It's last advertised rental in 2015 saw him seeking a $975 a week tenant.

He's just renovated the three level home since its last marketing with a new kitchen and floorboards.

The three bedroom townhouse spans 215 sqm of indoor and outdoor living with a private entertaining terrace and adjoining garden.

Belle Property Randwick agents Brooke Marshall and Lucas McKay have set a July 7 auction.

Parker has built a strong eastern suburbs property portfolio since he joined the Moore Park-based club with more properties in Maroubra and Malabar.
