Marrickville home snapped up pre-auction after 50 years ownership

One of Marrickville’s finest free-standing brick federation residences was snapped up before its scheduled long weekend auction.
No sale price was provided for the home at 292 Livingstone Road that was held by the same family for over 50 years.
The three bedroom brick residence has high ornate ceilings and stained glass windows.
The home sits on a 504 sqm with established rose gardens.
It was offered through Peter Hall at State Realty.
Livingstone Road's highest sale was $2.19 million in 2017 at 181 for Mungret, the 1881 Victorian home.
