TV presenter and producer Natalie Hercus and husband, former rugby union player Mike Hercus, are selling their Bellevue Hill investment.
The 110 sqm Bellevue Hill apartment has three bedrooms and three balconies.
The Agency's Ben Collier has a June 16 auction.
It last traded for $658,000 in 2006.
Natalie was a TV presenter on Sky News Showbiz and MTV's Super Styling and Mike was a fly-half for the US rugby team.
The listing comes after Hercus' father, veteran TV executive Harry Michaels, spent $5 million on a Point Piper duplex, which is where the couple are expected to move.
It was the three bedroom home of publican Simon Tilley and wife Jessica.
