Neisha and John Pitt, winners of the 2013 Channel 9 series, The Block, sold their Bexley investment property which was listed for weekend auction.

The couple paid $1.1 million in 2016 for the home on 600 sqm which was listed for weekend auction.

They accepted $1.06 million for the 1920s home.

They'd envisaged the home at 28 Highworth Avenue as a child care centre, but the couple had the opportunity to recently secure other premises.

McGrath Brighton Le Sands agent Matthew King, who secured the weekend result, had helped them sell their winning The Block apartment.

It was when they competed against contestants who included Mark and Duncan, the fat tradies who finished second.
