World's largest Achacha plantation listed in Queensland

Palm Creek Plantation, the largest commercial plantation of Achacha trees in the world, has been listed for sale in Queensland.
The plantation in Giru, 43 kilometres south east of Townsville, homes 16,000 Achacha trees. There's also 60 mango trees and 3,000 African Mahogany trees that act as wind breaks.
The Achacha, a unique sweet and tangy Amazon fruit, has an established domestic market with increasing export market destinations to the EU, Asia and Canada.
The plantation spans 123 hectares which includes two residences and a large shade cloth nursery.
It has an annual water allocation of 535ml, with excess water sold on the local market.
Colliers International agents Rawdon Briggs and Trenton Hindman are marketing the property.
