Rachael Trainor, wife of the vocational training entrepreneur Ryan Trainor, has listed their Brighton abode.
The Kinane Street dress circle home was bought in 2011, the year Ryan made his Young Rich Lister debut with a net worth of $27 million.
The trophy home was bought in Rachael's name for $5.3 million.
The home has five bedrooms, three living zones, a home office and a wine cellar.
A limestone terrace overlooks the swimming pool and spa, while one of the living zones opens to a soccer pitch on its 1450 square metre parcel.
There is $7.2 million to $7.92 million price guidance through Marshall White agents Andrew Campbell and Kate Strickland, who have scheduled a May 24 auction.
