Power couple Andrew and Pip Goldsmith list in Palm Beach
Title TattleDecember 7, 2020

Northern Beaches power couple Andrew and Pip Goldsmith, who late last year emerged as the buyers of the Patonga Beach Hotel, have listed their Palm Beach home.

The creative duo have been running The Boathouse on the same road. They're also behind a number of Boat House venues at Shelly Beach and Balmoral, as well as Moby Dicks Whale Beach.

They paid $2,625,000 for the classic 1950s beach house in 2015, but didn't settle until late 2016.

Complete with a recent face lift, the main home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. A guest studio with its own bathroom sits adjacent to the main house.

It sits on a 780 square metre Norma Road parcel and is set in gardens professionally designed with evergreen shrubs, natural rock formations and dry stone walls.

The open plan living and dining area looks over the whole of Whale Beach from its ridgeline position.

LJ Hooker Palm Beach agent Peter Robinson has May 2 auction.

It's not expected the couple are moving far, as it was only last year that Pip's father, former Australian trade minister Andrew Robb and wife Maureen, bought across the road to be closer to their grandchildren.

They spent $3,735,000 on Indigo, the luxury hilltop trophy, well before its scheduled auction.

Their home was marketed as having one of the best northly views in Palm Beach.
