The Real Housewives of Sydney star Krissy Marsh is again seeking tenants for her pricey Double Bay investment apartment.

It's being marketed as one of Double Bay's finest apartments by LJ Hooker agent Sarah Moloney.

She is advertising it at a slightly reduced $2,650 a week asking rent as it was up for lease this time last year at $2,700 a week.

The apartment in the Kann Finch-designed Bay Street complex cost Marsh $3.5 million in 2015.

Spanning nearly 300 sqm, the apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are ensuited and open up to balconies.

There's a combined formal lounge and dining area, as well as a separate family room and a full width terrace.

The apartment had been her base during the filming of the first series of RHOS.

The second series is on the horizon with filming beginning a few months ago, and Marsh is expected to be on screen with a near whole new cast.

Marsh calls Dover Heights home, although she tried to sell the opulent property without luck last year after thinking of making a move to Vaucluse.

The formal Queensland model wanted $8 million for the six bedroom entertainer designed by architects Mackenzie Pronk. It came with interiors from Make Creative's Antonia Pesenti.

Neil Mackenzie and Heidi Pronk designed the home in 2009.

The four level home features a gym, cinema, heated plunge pool and a rooftop terrace.

Marsh - who moved from Brisbane at 18 - bought the building block for $1,975,000 in 2003 with her property developer husband, John.

It is now home for their three children and two toy poodles, Bondi and Bronte.
