A Wilga Street home at the south end of Bondi Beach has sold for $12.9 million, smashing its $10 million reserve.
The home, built in the early 1980s, last traded for $1.15 million in 1996.
It spans three levels with ocean, cliff and beach views.
There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms and an internal spa room.
A large outdoor terrace with lawn and garden sits on the 535 sqm parcel.
Raine & Horne agents Paul Langsam and Ric Serrao sold the home at auction on Tuesday through auctioneer Damien Cooley.
