Clendon Road Toorak home fetches nearly $8 million

The price reflected more than $11,600 per square metre.

It had been listed with $6.85 million to $7.5 million price guidance.

Kay & Burton's Mike Gibson secured the sale of 66 Clendon Road by private treaty.

It came with three bedrooms, four bathrooms and a study.

Set on the corner of Clendon Court, the two storey home comes with Yugoslavian limestone flooring.
