Historical Ashburton House listed for sale

A historic Ashburton house has been listed for sale with a price guide of $1.75 million to $1.95 million for its March 17 auction.
It has been listed by Jonathon O'Donoghue and Alexandra Valmorbida from Jellis Craig.
The former Salvation Army citadel at 10 Meaden Street was built in the early 1950s.
It is now a three-bedroom house that sits on a 590 sqm lot.
