The Block winners Josh and Elyse buy new project

Model Elyse Knowles and her partner Josh Barker have snapped up their new home.

The Melbourne-based couple took to Instagram to share a snap of their new property. It doesn't say where it is.

The picture of the two in the doorway (above) came with the caption "When we get the keys to our new home and Joshy paints EVERYTHING white!!!

"Feels fresh and ready for our butts to move in YAY."

Fellow The Block Elsternwick contestants Hannah and Clint Amos commented on the post: “Woo hoo you’re in!! Visits soon.” 

Late last year the couple sold their former COBURG home for $1,631,000 at auction.

The couple won the Block a few months earlier when their Elsternwick renovation sold for a Block record $3,067,000.

It was bought by comedian Dave Hughes, who recently secured his first tenant.
