Online entrepenuers update Mermaid Beach asking price

Glenn and Victoria Hargraves, part owners of the directory online search company, Local Search, have reduced the price for their redundant Mermaid Beach home.
They're now asking $3,995,000, having initially sought $4.5 million.
The price drop comes after they spent $9 million on a waterfront at Broadbeach Waters.
The Mermaid Beach home cost the couple $2.98 million in 2014.
The six bedroom home on an 810 square metre beachfront parcel features an executive home office, cinema with tiered seating, an entertainment room with wet bar and a temperature-controlled wine room.
Michael Kollosche at Kollosche Prestige is marketing the home.
