Record Mosman price snappily secured by Richard Freudenstein
The former Foxtel chief executive Richard Freudenstein and his wife Jane have snappily sold their Mosman mansion reportedly for around $23 million, setting a record for the lower north shore suburb.
The sold advisory went up on its online marketing late this morning, just three weeks into the campaign, but no price was advised.
It was listed with $23 million to $25 million hopes.
The sale has likely bettered Mosman’s previous high of 2007 when $22.5 million was paid for a harbourfront by then developer Albert Bertini, with that property then resold in 2011 partly renovated, for $19 million to its next-door neighbour, Ros Oatley.
