The decluttering queen Anita Birges has bought an apartment in Rose Bay.
She snapped up a 105 sqm apartment on Old South Head Road, paying $1,035,000 well before its scheduled auction.
It has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a wrap around balcony.
McGrath Coogee's Angus Gorrie sold the renovated apartment in a double brick block of 12 in just nine days after it hit the market.
Birges founded Mise en Place, a professional organising and styling business specialising in homes being prepared for sale.
She has lived in the Eastern suburbs all her life, apart from a four year stint in Montreal, Canada.
