John McGrath well progressed in locking in new directors

Estate agent company founder, John McGrath has told the McGrath Group board that he is well progressed in discussions with securing new proposed directors.

The outgoing directors have accordingly given written notice that their resignations will take effect from close of business February 19 four days following the release of the company’s interim results are announced on February 15.

It follows the announcement on January 22 of the intention of McGrath chair, Cass O’Connor and current non-executive directors Elizabeth Crouch and Cath Rogers to resign as directors.
