Fairfax Media director Patrick Allaway buys back in to Mosman
Fairfax Media director Patrick Allaway and wife Elizabeth have bought back into Mosman.
They've spent $3.1 million on a single-level home that has doubled in price since it traded in 2013 for $1,567,000.
Set on 385 sqm in rose dotted gardens, the home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The couple downsized from their $4.4 million Esther Road home last year.
Its their fourth Mosman abode, having peaked with a Kirkoswald Avenue trophy home sold to UBS boss Matthew Grounds for $14.05 million in 2012.
They briefly resided on the edge of Hyde Park, but sold their apartment in The Residence to Fairfax Media chief executive Greg Hywood for $4.1 million in 2016.
