The Sovereign Islands estate Villa Blue Waters remains listed for sale on Queensland's Gold Coast.

It's the glamourous Paradise Point property which comes with a $9.99 million asking price by the longtime luxury boat broker Grant Torrens

It is for sale through Ali Mian at Ray White.

It was built originally by a Japanese owner as a corporate retreat with five king-size en suite bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a day spa and an eight-car internal garage, along with approvals in place for an extra level to the home.

It was last bought for $3.45 million in 2013 from Christian Ainsworth.
