Villa Blue Waters, Paradise Point relisted at $9.99 million

The Sovereign Islands estate Villa Blue Waters remains listed for sale on Queensland's Gold Coast.

It's the glamourous Paradise Point property which comes with a $9.99 million asking price by the longtime luxury boat broker Grant Torrens. 

It is for sale through Ali Mian at Ray White.

It was built originally by a Japanese owner as a corporate retreat with five king-size en suite bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a day spa and an eight-car internal garage, along with approvals in place for an extra level to the home.

It was last bought for $3.45 million in 2013 from Christian Ainsworth.

Villa Blue Waters had previously traded in 2010 for $7.2 million when sold by Gary McPherson.

With a 1950 sqm waterfront holding, the estate boasts a 64 metre straight line private marina frontage and a 70 metre super yacht marina berth, the largest in Queensland.

The are nine bathrooms and five kingsize bedrooms, one coming with a firework style bed head.
