CKM, a London-based women's clothing manufacturer and distributor owned by the Singh Uppal family, has sold another Collingwood apartment development site.

It is among several sites its has sold to the developer Tim GURNER.

It fetched around $7 million for a 404 sq m site running from 368–374 Smith Street.

The Singh Uppals also sold the historic 8500 sq m Gasworks site at 26–56 Queens Parade – home to the Melbourne office of Caroline K Morgan – to GURNER for $40 million plus.

The Australian Financial Review noted GURNER recently also secured a 3,300 sq m site at 81–89 Queens Parade in North Fitzroy from the Singh Uppals.
