Heritage-listed seaside home in South Australia
Grey Masts, a heritage-listed estate in Robe in South Australia, has been listed for sale.
Built in the 19th century, the north-facing estate consists of two heritage-listed dwellings, both of which have been recently renovated to state heritage standards.
The Grey Masts master residence was built in the 1850s and has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and three sitting rooms. It is currently utilised as a tourist accomodation.
The floorboards are salvaged from the wrecks of old sailing ships.
The cottage was built a decade earlier in the 1840's and was completely restored in 2002. It is operating as a B&B.
Gather, an award winning restaurant, sits located in the restored 1840's wool store. It is ran by well-known and regarded chef Tom Tilbury.
The 1440 sqm sits cross the road from the beach, some 360 kilometres south of Adelaide on the Limestone Coast.
Unique Estates agent Janine Lum is marketing the property.
