Original Yellow Wiggle Greg Page lists in Glenhaven
Title TattleDecember 7, 2020

The former, but original, Yellow Wiggle Greg Page has listed his luxury Glenhaven home, joining what has been a sea of coincidental “Yellow” sales during 2017.

Page’s 3500 square metre sanctuary in the Hills District has been the family home since it was bought for $2.55 million in 2012 with wife Vanessa.

It was around the time he sold his 3 hectare Dural property for $5.2 million.

The family is off to the Southern Highlands.

The Glenhaven estate, listed through Guardian Realty agent Stephen Giacomelli, has two-levels, with formal and informal living.

There is a master bedroom with walk-in robes and an ensuite. A further four bedrooms are on the upper level.

Downstairs has a rumpus room and study that opens to an entertaining area, complete with built-in barbecue. Its alfresco terrace overlooks landscaped grounds, a pool and a tennis court.

Page is the Wiggle who retired in 2006 due to ill health, but then briefly returned to the group.

It has been a busy time for past and present Yellow Wiggles on the property front.

The current Yellow Wiggle Emma Watkins and her husband, Purple Wiggle Lachlan Gillespie, recently sold their 1896 converted English-style manor apartment in Wollstonecraft for $2.05 million, having paid $1,395,000 in 2014.

Sam Moran, who replaced Page for a short time, sold his Rozelle home that he shares with American-born wife Lyn for $1,835,000.

Moran paid $955,000 for the 1880s worker’s cottage in 2012, just after he was dumped by The Wiggles due to Greg Page returning.

Since later leaving The Wiggles a second time, Page has helped the cast of the educational TV program Butterscotch’s Playground, and more recently teamed up with former cricketer Shane Watson and wife Lee Furlong’s fitness initiative.

Page has also dabbled in property development in the Hills district.
