Last month mortgagees secured the $572,000 sale of a five bedroom Mernda home.
Situated in a sought after pocket of Mernda, the neat home came complete with a well-appointed kitchen and open plan living design, large family and meals area.
The home was set on a 565 square metre block at 24 Black Braes Boulevard. The block had sold at $222,000 in 2015.
