The I'm a Celebrity jungle celebrity contestant, three-time Olympic swimmer Lisa Curry and her Elvis impersonator fiancee Mark Tabone have sold their Mount Mellum property.

It seems the couple have been too busy to get around to developing the 14 hectare parcel that cost them $550,000 last year.

It had been marketed as the perfect weekender being some 35 kilometres south-east of the Sunshine Coast.

Ray White Beerwah agent Theo Grigoriou had a $679,000 price tag for the property, but it sold again at their $550,000 purchase price.

The 2016 listing, before the couple bought, suggested that you can live onsite while you build, with two sheds already complete with eight solar panels.

The land is mostly treed natural bush with rainforest pockets, rocky gullies and two dams.

The current marketing says the owners have 'made up their mind, they have found their new property and they are ready to go.'

The couple have bought a home together paying $1,125,000 for a 26 hectare estate inland of the Sunshine Coast.

Their new home near Maleny comes with a gazebo that overlooks the horse arena and a salt-water swimming pool.

Earlier this year Curry - who lasted nearly six weeks in the I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! jungle - revealed on air that she was yet to divorce former ironman Grant Kenny.

When she left the jungle it was reported Kenny signed the divorce papers.

Curry has been with Tabone since late 2015. They engaged late last year.

Their acquisition is not far from their Mount Mellum property they didn't find time to develop.

Lisa retains her Alexandra Headland investment apartment.

The two bedroom apartment cost the swimmer $463,000 in 2013 and has been a $500 a week rental.

Curry is one of Australia's most decorated female athletes, having won 15 gold, seven silver and eight bronze international swimming medla.
