Wellcom Group executive chairman Wayne Sidwell has listed his Toorak mansion. 

The home last traded at $7.1 million in 2007.

Designed by architect Robert Schulberg, the Stradbroke Road French-inspired home has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a rooftop terrace with city views across its three levels.

There's a five bar basement garage with gym and ground level corporate facilities off the lobby that include a home office, meeting room and a separate work area.

Kay & Burton South Yarra agents Gowan Stubbings and Julia de Campo are marketing the home.

The Sidwell's recently bought a hillside Michael-Suttor designed Point Piper home.

Sidwell founded the printing company in Melbourne in 2000 and remains the largest shareholder. He is set to step down to non-executive chairman.
