The private Sydney developer Lincon is seeking a development partner for its $600 million residential development in Zetland in Sydney’s south.

Prominently located at 106-116 Epsom Road, the project is DA approved and will comprise a total of 546 apartments over four individual buildings. It is scheduled to be developed over three core stages spanning a five- year period.

According to Andrew Antonas, Principal of Matrix Property Group who is running the marketing campaign, this is “the market call of 2017”.

"Quite simply, on-market opportunities like this are beyond rare in today’s market," Antonas said.

"The hard work has been done – the design competition is complete and the DA approval has been secured.

The scale and amenity of the development are unsurpassed and represent a quality opportunity presented in a process that is arguably one of the most fair we have seen,” he said.

Lincon founder Daniel Lin said they are seeking an experience residential development partner that will their their vision and form a lasting business relationship.

“Our vision for the site is to deliver an iconic new landmark to the Green Square precinct. It is important to us that both the architecture and interiors reflect this vision. The buildings will set a new benchmark for design standard in Zetland,” said Daniel Linn, Founder of Lincon.

Lincon has an impressive portfolio of property developments throughout Sydney. It has a pipeline of some 900 apartments including a potential 400 apartment project in Turrella.

Following a design competition involving nine high-profile architects, a total of four practices were selected to deliver Lincon’s Project including Architectus, BVN and MHN Design Union in collaboration with Neeson Murcutt Architects.

Architectural features of note include striking facades combining brickwork with metallic paneling, feature screen highlights and interesting roof forms.
