Stephen Manoel, general manager of home and garden care company Heiniger, and his wife, Jan, have sold Emmalin House, their Medindie home.

Andrew Fox of Fox Real Estate was marketing the home with a $1.95 million asking price.

Not far from Nantu Wama Park and north of the Adelaide CBD, the character bluestone home was built in 2004.

The couple paid $1.1 million in 2005.

The large, well-windowed office offers pleasing front garden views as well as views towards the private road garden park.
