Swan Sam Reid sells Coogee penthouse pre-auction

The recently married Sydney Swan Sam Reid has sold his Coogee penthouse before its scheduled recent auction.
Reid, who moved down to a four bedroom house in South Coogee in 2014, paid $960,000 for the apartment in 2012.
Its been a rental at around $1,000 a week since.
Set in a block of five, the top floor apartment spans 108 sqm and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The living and dining area flows to a wrap around terrace with views out to Wedding Cake Island.
Two of the bedrooms open to a rear balcony.
Belle Property Bondi Junction agent Daniel Gillespie sold the property.
Reid was drafted to Sydney in 2009 and has recently signed a new four year deal with the Swans.
