Award-winning producer Sam Littlemore buys igloo Avalon home

Award-winning music producer Sam Littlemore, better known by his stage name Sam La More, has spent $2.35 million on a house at Avalon Beach having returned from LA.

The multiple platinum selling, ARIA award-winning record producer had been producing hits in the US and London but is now more focused on his part in popular dance trio Pnau. 

They band, which includes brother Nick, are set to headline Luna Park's New Years Eve event Scenestr.

The architecturally designed five bedroom igloo-style home on the pricey Riverview Road spans three levels and offers gun barrel views over Pittwater.

One level is dedicated to the master retreat, which comes with an en suite and study.

Richardson & Wrench Mosman/Neautral Bay agent Geoff Grist sold the home. 

Littlemore sold his Paddington bolt hole for $1.94 million last year.

Before moving in to the music industry, the creative Littlemore co-founded new media design agency Selenium Interactive at the age of 23.

He ran design teams in Sydney and London, producing work for Coca-Cola, HSBC and Sony Playstation.

Within 18 months they had opened offices in San Francisco, Hong Kong and Shanghai. He sold the company two years later to pursue a career as a recording artist.

His first foray into the music business came through his younger brother Nick's ARIA Award winning band Pnau. 

He has acted as co-producer, co-writer and co-performer. 

Relocated to London in 2001 and released his debut single Takin' Hold as Sam La More, splitting his time between London and Los Angeles where he worked with Gwen Stefani.

After producing for a number of years he re-stablished his solo career, touring Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Europe and North America.
