Busy Sky Racing presenter Victoria Samba and her husband, recruitment firm boss Mitch Hoare, have sold their Randwick home for $3,575,000.

They were seeking between $3 million and $3.3 million for the contemporary five bedroom home on the busy Derby Day weekend.

They paid $2.79 million in 2015 for the two level home near the Spot which is set in a resort-like gardens.

Samba, the daughter of the later Melbourne racing identity Les Samba, married Hoare, Mitch & Partners founders and a former rugby union player for London Wasps, in Bondi in 2012.

Hoare migrated to Australia in 2002. They're said to now be looking around for a new home.

Randwick ranks as Sydney's busiest auction suburb with over 130 auctions scheduled during the past three months. Mosman's 129 was next busiest followed by Manly with 102 auctions.
