Samba, the daughter of the later Melbourne racing identity Les Samba, married Hoare, Mitch & Partners founders and a former rugby union player for London Wasps, in Bondi in 2012.

Hoare migrated to Australia in 2002. They're said to now be looking around for a new home.

Randwick ranks as Sydney's busiest auction suburb with over 130 auctions scheduled during the past three months. Mosman's 129 was next busiest followed by Manly with 102 auctions. Neighbouring Clovelly, with just 30 auctions, was the best performing suburb with a 93 percent success rate.  Sydney's east has been the strongest region with a 78 percent success rate during the September quarter, followed by the northern beaches on 72 percent.
