Sold in 20 days of listing this time round, the two level home with hotel-style interiors has six bedrooms, six bathrooms and multiple living spaces.

An in-ground pool with entertaining cabana, barbecue and outdoor entertaining areas sit on the grounds.

Knight Frank selling agents Deborah Cullen and Richard Sholl did not offer a price guidance, however agents suggest it went for around $1 million above the previous suburb record.

CoreLogic suggests the previous record was $2.54 million in 2015, with a development site fetching $3.6 million in 2012.
