A four-bedroom New Farm house designed by well known Brisbane architect Shaun Lockyer has been listed.

The house at 62 Villiers Street in Brisbane’s inner suburb has been completely renovated.

62V was conceived of as a ‘raw’ house embodying the principal of using basic but honest materials to create a rich aesthetic from simple elements.

The project included the refurbishment of a turn-of-the-century cottage built around an internal courtyard to optimise the lifestyle benefits of a seamless indoor/outdoor relationship.

The home, with rooftop terrace with city views, has been listed through Ivo Kornel of Belle Property.

It last changed hands for $1,030,000 in 2015 when it was an old cottage.
