It was marketed as "offering the best of village and beach lifestyles."

Tara recently put her Kirribilli apartment up for rent, sparking further speculation the couple had found somewhere to call home together.

The Perth born television presenter paid $780,000 for the unit in 2014 around the time she began dating the Melbourne based Cronk..

Cronk, who left the Melbourne Storm at the end of the premiership winning season, proposed to Rushton over the Christmas/New Year break last year.

It was Cronk who decided his future lay in Sydney having spent his professional career with the Storm, racking up 323 games.

Cronk maintains a Richmond townhouse in Melbourne which cost $570,000 in 2006 and has recently been put up for lease.

Rushton grew up on the Mornington Peninsula before she moved to Sydney.

She moved to London at 18 and lived in Singapore before returning to Australia in 2013, replacing Mel McLaughlin on Fox Sports.

Despite living 900km apart the couple have made the long distance relationship work.

Collecting his second Dally M Medal last year, Cronk credited his happiness off field for his stellar year on the field.

“There’s no doubt she’s brought a lot of joy and positivity off the field and that translates on the field,” Cronk said.
