Conservative price estimates given by The Block Elsternwick listing agents

The Elsternwick properties renovated on this year’s series of The Block have hit the market for October 28 auction.
The indicative sale prices for all five homes are between $2.4 million and $2.64 million, which is not an indication of the auction day reserve price.
Market commentators have suggested previously the homes ought fetch $3 million.
Ronnie and Georgia’s house is listed for sale with Biggin & Scott Elsternwick.
Elyse and Josh’s house, 46A, is for sale through Hocking Stuart Caulfield.
Clint and Hannah’s house, 46D Regent Street, is being sold by The Agency.
Jason and Sarah’s property has been listed through Gary Peer.
NSW mates, Sticks and Wombat’s grey five-bedroom house has been listed through Noel Jones.
