According to The Australian, the sale was by the private Cambooya Brisbane-based board which includes Timothy, Andrew and Emilia Fairfax as directors.

The Australian said the property was bought by Cambooya for about $37m in 2011.

The acquisition of Waterloo Junction was via Cape Boulevard, The Australian reported.
