There's no sign of any joint purchase together yet, but Fox Sports presenter Tara Rushton is seemingly prepping for the arrival of NRL Melbourne Storm star and fiancee Cooper Cronk.

She's put her Kirribilli apartment up for rent, sparking further speculation the couple will soon have somewhere to call home together.

The Perth born television presenter paid $780,000 for the unit in 2014 around the time she began dating the Melbourne based Cronk.

Their relationship didn't hit the public eye until a year later.

Set in the boutique Heatherbrae complex of just nine apartments, the Art Deco apartment has two bedrooms and a large balcony off the living area.

McGrath Neutral Bay agent Bradley Fraser is marketing the apartment at $650 a week, considerably less than the $740 a week median for a two bedroom unit in the suburb given this one doesn't have water views.

Cronk, who will leave Melbourne Storm at the end of the season, proposed to Rushton over the Christmas/New Year break last year.

It was Cronk who decided his future lay in Sydney having spent his professional career with the Storm, racking up 320 games and now chasing another Grand Final after his team won the minor premiership last week.

The two time Dally M Medalist was born in Brisbane.

He has recently listed his Calamvale investment property (above) on the south side of Brisbane where he paid $477,000 for the brand new home in 2007, just days after thumping Manly in the Grand Final, one of the two Grand Final wins that were chalked off the Storm's achievements due to salary cap breaches.

The longtime Brisbane family home was listed at $639,000 through Harcourts Calamvale agent Hong Chau, and is now under contract.

The Calamavale sale will not leave him without property in Queensland having on recently settled on a $472,500 off the plan Mount Gravatt apartment that he bought last year.

Cronk maintains a Richmond townhouse in Melbourne which cost $570,000 in 2006.

Rushton grew up on the Mornington Peninsula before she moved to Sydney.

She moved to London at 18 and lived in Singapore before returning to Australia in 2013, replacing Mel McLaughlin on Fox Sports.

Despite living 900km apart the couple have made the long distance relationship work.

Collecting his second Dally M Medal last year, Cronk credited his happiness off field for his stellar year on the field.

“There’s no doubt she’s brought a lot of joy and positivity off the field and that translates on the field,” Cronk said.
