Kimberley Kampers boss Bruce Loxton and wife Isabel have relisted their sprawling Potts Point penthouse atop the Hampton building.

Spanning 570 sqm, including a 245 sqm second level rooftop terrace, the apartment cost the couple $4.55 million in 2015 after they downsized from Vaucluse.

Raine & Horne Double Bay have a guide of $4.8 million for its September 21 auction after a recent no bid auction when it had $5.5 million hopes through another agency.

Loxton has been the boss of Kimberley Kampers since 2003, leaders in the manufacturing of specialised recreational vehicles, caravans and camper trailers for travel off road.

The apartment with city backdrop has three bedrooms, four bathrooms and a wrap around balcony.
