Veteran media boss George Buschman and wife Belinda are selling their Vaucluse home.

The Boost Media executive chairman paid $4.7 million for the home in 2015, shortly after they sold in the Southern Highlands where they seem destined to return.

Set in 765 sqm of landscaped grounds, the two storey home has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a dedicated library.

An alfresco entertaining area overlooks the lawn and heated pool with spa.

Belle Property Double Bay agent James Nixon has set a September 18 auction.

Two years ago due to ongoing work commitments in Sydney the couple sold Patchdale, their colonial-style Burradoo weekender for $3,275,000.

They paid $2.85 million in 2008 for the 6,200 sqm estate.

Buschman founded Boost Media International in 2007 and has been the executive chairman for the last 10 years.

He began in radio sales three decades ago before working his way up to the national sales head at Triple M Radio Network. He was CEO at 2GB for 10 years.
